In accordance with the "Special Equipment Safety Law of the People's Republic of China","Special Equipment Users to Implement the Use of Safety Main Responsibility Supervision and Management Provisions" (Order No.74 of the State Administration for Market Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as order No.74) and other relevant laws and regulations,through the use and management quality supervision and spot check of 50 large-scale amusement device users (141 sets of large-scale amusement devices) in a regional park and scenic spot,and carried out a full coverage,multi-index and multidimensional statistical analysis of the 198 problems sorted out.It reveals the implementation of Order No.74 by local large amusement facilities users and the status quo of the quality level of use management,and puts forward relevant suggestions and management measures,which provides a basis and data support for the safety main responsibility of compacting enterprises and for the regulatory authorities to optimize regulatory policies.
