The quality of pressure vessel manufacturing is related to the safety and stability after being put into use.Due to the different management and technical level of production enterprises,there are many problems in each process of pressure vessel manufacturing.Based on the actual work of manufacturing supervision and inspection,the author analyzes and discusses the common problems in design documents,materials,welding,inspection and test found in pressure vessel manufacturing supervision and inspection.Specific measures to avoid similar mistakes,improve the quality of pressure vessel manufacturing and eliminate the operating risk of pressure vessel from the source are put forward for enterprises.
