Based on the health management theory of large-scale amusement devices,the service status evaluation index system was constructed for the structural form and operational characteristics of double loop roller coaster.The raw data for service status evaluation was obtained through equipment status evaluation and detection,and then multi-source data fusion was carried out through defuzzification,dimensionless,and normalized processing to obtain the synthesized data value for health level calculation.A health level calculation was conducted on the double loop roller coaster,resulting in a health status value of 0.75 and a health level of Ⅱ(sub health).These indicate that the facility is in good operating condition and is allowed to continue service,but the inspection and maintenance cycle should be shortened,and the inspection and maintenance should be strengthened.
