During inspection,it was found that forklifts change forks different lengths to transport goods,which not only changes the lifting capacity of the forklift but can also cause the forks to break or pose a risk of overturn.In order to improve the safety of forklift use,prevent the danger of overturning during transportation or damage to the forks due to excessive,this paper analyzes and judges the changes in load and the changes in fork length to ensure the safety of forklift operations after changing different forks,it is hoped that it can assist inspectors in their inspections and determinations.
