摘要

针对现有电动叉车"坐姿状态感知系统"功能设计中缺少意外状态下对货叉架下降运行的保护,结合电动叉车各项动作的原理分析,总结了货叉架下降运行不需要启动油泵的特殊性,设计了在多路换向阀回油管路加装电磁阀结合继电器零位控制,实现"坐姿状态感知系统"功能的设计方案,与重新设计多路换向阀结构形式相比,方案可实现对生产成本的有效控制且便于实施.

Abstract

In view of the lack of protection for the descending operation of the fork frame under unexpected conditions in the functional design of the existing "sitting posture state sensing system" of electric forklift,based on the analysis of the principle and characteristics of each action of the electric forklift truck,the particularity that the forklift truck does not need to start the oil pump is summarized,and a solenoid valve combined with relay zero control is designed to be installed in the return oil line of the multi-channel reversing valve.Compared with the redesign of multi-way directional valve structure,the design scheme can realize the effective control of production cost and is easy to implement.
