In view of the leakage of compressed natural gas winding composite cylinder shortly after use,mechanical property inspection,metallographic structure and electron microscopy observation were used to analyze the leakage reasons.The results show that the reason for the leakage of the gas cylinder is that water is mixed in the filling process.H2S,CO2 and chloride mixed in the natural gas dissolve in water droplets to form acidic solution and the metal of the bottle wall occurs electrochemical corrosion,forming local spot corrosion,and corrosion and stress damage continue,and finally lead to the perforation failure of the inner wall of the gas cylinder,resulting in leakage.
