母管制电站锅炉主蒸汽管道典型裂纹分析

Analysis of Typical Cracks in Main Steam Pipeline of Pipe-main Scheme Utility Boiler

笔者对辖区内的电站锅炉范围内管道进行了检验检测,发现大部分母管制电站锅炉主蒸汽管道与母管前并汽门的上下对接焊缝存在较长裂纹.本文主要以某化工自备电厂3炉2机母管制主蒸汽管道检验检测为例,分析了母管前并汽门对接焊缝裂纹产生的原因,并提出了几点建议和预防措施,以期引起使用单位和检验人员的重视,及时发现并消除隐患,避免主蒸汽管道事故的发生.
The utility boiler external piping had been carried on the inspection and detection in the jurisdiction of the author.There are long cracks were founded in the upper and lower butt welds of the main steam pipeline with the Parallel steam valve.This paper mainly takes the inspection and detection of the main steam pipeline of 3 boilers and 2 turbines of a chemical self-owned power plant as an example,the causes of the cracks in butt welds of the front parallel valve of the pipe-main were analyzed,and some suggestions and preventive measures were put forward,in order to attract the attention of the users and inspectors,discover and eliminate the hidden dangers in time,and avoid the occurrence of the main steam pipe accidents.
