基于有限元的含未熔合缺陷压力管道应力分析

压力管道中的焊接接头是缺陷的高危区域.本文通过有限元法,结合相关标准要求,利用"椭球"模型将未熔合缺陷规则化,模拟压力管道及其缺陷处的应力.结果表明,对于未熔合缺陷,应力最大处通常出现在缺陷靠管道外表面.缺陷自身高度对缺陷处应力集中现象影响较大,缺陷边缘曲率半径也会对应力集中产生影响.并且由于弯管结构的特殊性,考虑缺陷夹角θ对其应力分布的影响能获得更接近实际的压力管道应力分布情况.
Welding joints in pressure pipelines were high-risk areas for defects.This article used the finite element method and relevant standard requirements to regularize unfused defects,and used the"ellipsoid"model to simulate the stress at the pressure pipeline and its defects.The results indicated that for unfused defects,the maximum stress usually occurred on the outer surface of the pipeline near the defect.The height of the defect had a significant impact on the stress concentration phenomenon at the defect location,the curvature radius of the defect edge also had an impact on stress concentration.And due to the particularity of the bend structure,it obtained a more realistic stress distribution of pressure pipelines to consider the angle θ between defects.
