摘要
介质危害分类是决定压力容器分类、设计、制造、检验等关键因素之一.本文首先探讨了当前TSG 21-2016《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》中介质危害分类存在的问题,并介绍了新颁布的国家标准GB/T 42594-2023《承压设备介质危害分类导则》制定的背景和介质毒性、爆炸性等主要分类方法,进一步比较了按照GB/T 42594-2023对当前TSG 21-2016介质分组的变化,分析新标准对承压设备介质危害分类的合理性,最后提出TSG21-2016后续修订中引用GB/T42594-2023作为介质方面引用标准的建议.
Abstract
Classification on hazard of medium is one of the key factors to determine the classification,design,manufacture and inspection of pressure vessels.This paper first discusses the existing problems of classification on hazard of medium in TSG 21-2016 Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessel.The background of the newly promulgated national standard GB/T 42594-2023 Guidelines for Classification on Hazard of Medium in Pressure Equipment and the main classification methods of medium toxicity and explosives are introduced,and the changes of current medium groups according to TSG 21-2016 are further compared.The rationality of the new standard for classification on hazard of medium in pressure equipment is analyzed.And finally,it is suggested that quoting GB/T 42594-2023 as the reference standard of medium in the subsequent revision of TSG 21-2016.
