基于磁滞原理的焊接接头埋藏缺陷检测方法研究

焊接接头是蒸汽管道的薄弱部位,目前对于焊接接头埋藏缺陷的检测多采用常规的无损检测方法,且都要在停汽的状态下进行检测.为快速判定蒸汽管道焊接接头是否存在缺陷,实现在通汽状态下对蒸汽管道焊接接头埋藏缺陷的检测,本文采用磁滞无损检测方法测量焊接接头的矫顽力数值.通过对焊接接头未焊透深度与矫顽力数值关系的研究,并对焊接接头不同检测方向矫顽力数值进行对比,证明了这种方法可以实现在通汽状态下快速地对蒸汽管道焊接接头进行埋藏缺陷检测.
Welded joints are the weak point of steam piping.At present,the conventional nondestructive testing methods are used for the detection of buried defects of welded joints,and they must be tested in the state of steam stopping.In order to quickly determine whether there is a defect in the welded joint of the steam pipeline and realize the detection of buried defects of welded joints in the steam pipeline in the state of steam,hysteresis nondestructive testing is used to measure the coercivity value of welded joints in this paper.Through the study of the relationship between the unwelded penetration depth of the welded joint and the coercivity value,and the coercivity values of different detection directions of welded joints,it is proved that this method can quickly detect buried defects in welded joints in the steam pipeline under the condition of ventilation.
