油气管道内检测清管安全技术分析

摘要
油气管道内检测清管属于高风险、高投入作业,对油气管道进行清管可以抑制管道内壁腐蚀,延长管道使用寿命,减少管道沿程摩阻损失,提高管道输送效率.本文介绍了清管器的工作原理及不同类型清管器的特点,结合不同管道对清管器的要求,对油气管道清管作业进行风险分析,以期降低通球风险,提高清管效率,保证清管效果,为油气管道内检测实施清管作业提供技术指导,保障管道安全运行.
Abstract
Pigging in oil and gas pipelines is a high-risk and high-investment operation.Pigging the oil and gas pipelines can inhibit the corrosion of the inner wall of the pipeline,extend the service life of the pipeline,reduce the friction loss along the pipeline,and improve the efficiency of pipeline transportation.This article introduces the working principles of pig and the characteristics of different pigs.Combined with the requirements of different pipelines on the pig,the risk analysis of the oil and gas pipeline pigging operation is carried out,in order to reduce the risk of pigging,improve the efficiency of the pig,ensure the pigging effect,provide technical guidance for the inspection and implementation of the pigging operation in the oil and gas pipeline,and ensure the safe operation of the pipeline.
