摘要

针对桥(门)式起重机制动器的常见故障形式与检验中结论无法量化的问题,根据安全技术规程要求,提出了基于数据驱动的制动器检验与制动器的安全性能评估方法,优化了日常检验工作中制动器检验流程,为检验中对桥(门)式起重机制动器检验结论的判断提供了新的依据.通过对检验实例的分析,验证了安全性能评估方法的合理性,证明本文方法在检验流程中具有实践意义.

Abstract

In response to the common fault forms of brake systems in bridge cranes and the problem of inability to quantify conclusions in inspection,a data-driven brake inspection and safety performance evaluation method is proposed according to the requirements of safety technical regulations.The process of brake inspection in daily inspection work is optimized,which provides a new basis for judging the inspection conclusion for the brake of the lifting machinery.Through the analysis of inspection examples,the rationality of the safety evaluation method is verified,proving that the method proposed in this article has practical significance in the inspection process.
