摘要

生产厂家曾对某系列电梯的制动臂顶杆实施了召回措施,将顶杆螺栓替换为分段式顶杆.在某次检验中发现多例分段式顶杆出现倾斜现象.本文阐述制动臂顶杆的作用及故障危害.通过受力分析以及案例表象分析,推论故障成因.笔者认为分段式顶杆不可避免会出现倾斜现象,分段式顶杆与断裂的顶杆螺栓在工作过程中无本质区别,反而加剧隐患程度和提高了维护成本,因此召回措施未获得理想效果.最后对制动臂顶杆提出改进建议.

Abstract

The manufacturer has implemented recall measures for the ejector rod of the brake arm of a certain series of elevators,replacing the ejector rod bolt with a segmented ejector rod.During the inspection,it was found that several cases of segmented ejector rods were tilted.This article describes the function and failure hazards of the ejector rod of the brake arm.Through force analysis and case representation analysis,the cause of the fault is deduced.The author believes that the segmented ejector rod will inevitably be tilted,the segmented ejector rod and the broken ejector rod bolt are not essentially different in the working process,but aggravate the degree of hidden dangers and increase the maintenance cost,so the recall measures have not achieved the desired effect.Finally,some suggestions for improvement are put forward on the ejector rod of the brake arm.
