面向电梯部件故障预测的数据设计研究

电梯作为城市建筑物中最常用的公共交通运输工具,为人们的生活和生产带来了极大便利.但偶发的电梯事故,也对人身安全带来了较大危害.基于此,针对WEBSTAR韦伯电梯部件故障预测原始数据多源、参数繁多的实际问题,本文研究了电梯多源数据的数据设计和数据处理方法.通过分析目前电梯关键部件的典型故障及诊断方法,构建电梯故障数据集,并进行面向电梯部件故障预测数据集的数据设计,实现对电梯数据的预处理,为提高电梯故障预测准确性与灵活性提供数据支撑.
As the most commonly used public transportation tool in urban buildings,elevators have brought great convenience to people's lives and production.But occasional elevator accidents also bring significant risks to personal safety.This paper studies the data design and processing methods of elevator multi-source data in response to the practical problems of multiple sources and parameters in the WEBSTAR elevator component fault prediction.By analyzing the typical faults and diagnostic methods of key components in elevators,a dataset for elevator faults is constructed,and a data design for elevator component fault prediction is carried out to preprocess elevator data,providing data support for improving the accuracy and flexibility of elevator fault prediction.
