摘要

为提高油田管道系统的安全性和经济效益,本文以某油田集输管道为例,对其腐蚀现状进行详细分析并揭示腐蚀机理,同时有针对性地提出防护措施.研究结果表明,该管道的腐蚀形态主要为点状和孔洞状,且腐蚀主要受温度和H2S分压的双重影响.以期能为油田管道腐蚀防护提供理论支持与实践指导.

Abstract

To improve the safety and economic efficiency of oilfield pipeline systems,this paper takes the gathering and transportation pipeline of a certain oilfield as an example to conduct a detailed analysis of its current corrosion status and reveal the corrosion mechanisms.Targeted protective measures are proposed accordingly.The research results indicate that the main forms of corrosion in this pipeline are pitting and cavitation,and the corrosion is primarily influenced by the combined effects of temperature and H2S partial pressure.It is hoped that the results of this study can provide theoretical support and practical guidance for corrosion protection of oilfield pipelines.
