S31603不锈钢换热器管板焊接裂纹分析

Analysis of Welding Cracks in S31603 Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger Tube Plate

一台在制不锈钢换热器管板与换热管焊接后产生大量表面裂纹,为了找出裂纹形成的原因及机理,本文采用宏观检查、自熔与加丝焊接对比试验、化学成分分析、金相检查、SEM-EDS等手段对设备材料进行了失效分析.结果表明,管板原材料钢锭在冶炼脱氧过程中造渣不充分,残留了大量氧化铝、氧化钙等非金属夹杂物,焊接过程中,热输入使得非金属夹杂物在熔池中富集于焊缝中心或弧坑,使得焊缝金属在结晶过程中产生了大量表面裂纹,残余应力的存在使得裂纹进一步扩展.
A large number of surface cracks occurred after the welding of stainless steel heat exchanger tube plate and heat exchange tube.In order to find out the cause and mechanism of crack formation,the failure analysis of equipment materials was carried out by means of macroscopic inspection,self-melting and filling wire welding comparative test,chemical composition analysis,metallographic inspection and SEM-EDS.The results show that slag formation is insufficient in the process of smelting and deoxidation,and a large number of non-metallic inclusions such as alumina and calcium oxide remain.In the welding process,heat input causes the non-metallic inclusions to accumulate in the weld center or arc pit in the weld pool,resulting in a large number of surface cracks in the crystallization process of the weld metal,and the existence of residual stress makes the cracks expand further.
