为深刻吸取事故教训,预防类似事故的发生,本文针对一起医用空气加压氧舱火灾事故案例,介绍了氧舱系统基本结构及工作原理,阐述了事故发生经过、现场勘查情况、功能测试及数据分析情况,得出事故发生的直接原因为治疗舱内高氧浓度环境下遇静电引燃可燃物引发火灾事故.并从氧舱系统功能改进、安全使用管理两个方面提出了建议措施,可供医用氧舱设计、制造、使用、管理及检验相关人员参考借鉴.
In order to deeply learn from the lessons of the accident and prevent the occurrence of similar accidents,this paper introduces the basic structure and working principle of the oxygen chamber system for a case of medical air pressurized oxygen chamber fire accident,and expounds the accident process,on-site investigation,functional test and data analysis.The direct cause of the accident is that the fire accident caused by electrostatic ignition of combustibles in the high oxygen concentration environment of the treatment chamber.Suggestions and measures are put forward from two aspects of function improvement and safe use management of oxygen cabin system,which can be used for reference by relevant personnel in the design,manufacture,use,management and inspection of medical oxygen cabin.
