摘要
制动器作为曳引系统曳引机中的组成部分,其安全可靠电梯才能安全运行.制动器的失效可能导致轿厢冲顶、蹲底,更为严重的是可能造成剪切事故,导致人员伤亡.本文结合杠杆鼓式制动器的结构特点,对其常见的失效形式进行了分析,结合案例阐述了杠杆鼓式制动器检验检测的关键点,并对如何防范失效提出了建议.
Abstract
The brake,as an integral part of the traction machine of the traction system,must be safe and reliable for the elevator to operate safely.The failure of the brake may cause the car to bump and bottom,and more seriously,it may cause shear accidents and result in casualties.This article analyzes the common failure modes of the lever drum brake based on its structural characteristics,and expounds the key points of inspection and testing of the lever drum brake with cases.It also provides suggestions on how to prevent failure.
