摘要
随着物联网、大数据、增强现实等技术的进步和检验检测行业要求不断提高,远程检验已逐渐应用于船舶、化工等领域.本文主要探讨了基于增强现实设备的电梯远程检验技术,该技术以AR双目头环为记录和通讯基础,实现电梯远程检验画面共享、远程协助、结果判定等.通过远程检验技术,有利于解决电梯检验人机矛盾、环境限制、缺乏检验流程追溯性等问题,同时实现全流程AR画面技术提醒、远程专家实时指导等,提高电梯检验的准确性.
Abstract
With the advancement and improvement of technologies such as Internet of Things,big data,and augmented reality,remote inspection has gradually been applied to fields such as ships and chemical industries.This article mainly discusses the remote inspection technology of elevators based on augmented reality devices.The method uses AR binocular headband as a basis for recording and communication,achieving image sharing,remote assistance,and result determination during remote inspection of elevators.Through remote inspection technology,it is beneficial to solve problems such as human-machine conflicts,environmental restrictions,and lack of traceability in elevator inspection processes.At the same time,it can also realize full-process AR screen technology reminders and real-time remote expert guidance,improving the accuracy of elevator inspection.
