摘要
为进一步提高桥式起重机司机实操考试的公正性、客观性,保证考试质量,本文充分利用多传感器采集、图像识别、无线传输、信息处理、计算机等技术研制智能化考试系统,实现驾驶操作过程的自动评判以规避人为主观因素,同时实现对考试流程的自动管理.系统经实测能满足TSG Z6001-2019《特种设备作业人员考核规则》对评判的要求,智能化、自动化程度较高,稳定性较好,具备应用于实际桥式起重机司机实操考试的条件.
Abstract
In order to improve the fairness and objectivity of the practical examination for bridge crane driver,ensure the quality of the examination,an intelligent examination system was developed by fully utilizing technologies such as multi-sensor acquisition,image recognition,wireless transmission,information processing,and computer technology to achieve automatic evaluation of the driving operation process to avoid subjective factors,and automatically manage the examination process.After practical testing,the system has been proven to meet the corresponding requirements of TSG Z6001-2019 Examination Rules for Special Equipment Operators,with high level of intelligence,automation,and stability.It is suitable for practical application in the bridge crane driver operation examination.
