In China,lifting machinery is one of the eight major special equipment,with a large inventory and frequent safety accidents.The existing management mode still relies on regular legal inspections and supervision spot checks,with few technical prevention measures.Regulatory measures are far from keeping up with the growth of equipment quantity and technological progress.This paper investigates the current number of cranes in our country,the number of accidents,the number of deaths caused,and the current supervision force,analyzes the shortcomings of the current supervision method,proposes a multi-dimensional intelligent operation and maintenance supervision system for cranes,and develops an ultra-low cost,functional hardware and software system to facilitate the use of equipment operators,managers,maintenance personnel,inspectors,supervisors,etc.,and real-time monitoring of the operating status of the lifting machinery.
