The roller coaster is a kind of large-scale amusement facilities.Its safety is very important.This article proposes a fault analysis method based on the operation data of the roller coaster.It studies the key indicator data during the operation of the roller coaster,clusters the historical operation data using K-means clustering algorithm and DTW clustering algorithm,and establishes a roller coaster fault diagnosis model based on polynomial regression method.Using this method to conduct an experiment on a roller coaster,the experimental results verify the effectiveness of this method,which is beneficial to improving the operation and maintenance level of the roller coaster and reducing the probability of failure.
