摘要
研究了一台资料缺失常压储罐存在的损伤模式和失效机理,探讨了其检验策略及合于使用评价方案,对现场检验结果进行了评价,罐底和罐壁介质侧存在超标腐蚀缺陷,其余满足设计年限内安全使用要求.
Abstract
The damage modes and failure mechanism of a non-data atmospheric storage tank were studied.Its inspection strategy and fitness-for-service assessment were analyzed,and the field inspection results were assessed.There were excessive corrosion defects in the bottom of the tank and the medium side of the tank wall,and the rest met the requirements of safe use within the design period.
