摘要
无损检测方法可以不破坏被检测对象并进行全方位的检测.管道对检测方法有较高的要求,需要在不破坏管道的前提下对管道进行全方位的检测,并且要求尽量不干扰管道的工作.声纹识别技术近年来越来越多地用在工业检测中,该技术可以很好地匹配管道对无损检测技术的要求.本文介绍了声纹识别技术的原理和应用于管道检测的实现方法,同时结合实际案例针对其在管道检测上的不同应用方法做了详细的介绍.
Abstract
Non-destructive testing methods can detect objects without causing damage and provide comprehensive testing.Pipelines have high requirements for testing methods,it is necessary to conduct comprehensive testing of pipelines without damaging them and minimizing interference with their operation.In recent years,voiceprint recognition technology has been increasingly used in industrial testing,and this technology can well meet the requirements of non-destructive testing for pipelines.This article introduces the principle of voiceprint recognition technology and its implementation in pipeline testing,combined with practical cases,and provides a detailed explanation of its different application methods in pipeline testing.
