摘要
燃气调压装置是城镇燃气管道系统的重要装置,为保证其本质安全水平,国家市场监督管理总局要求对其进行制造监督检验(简称制造监检).本文从制造监检的角度,根据相关法规标准,厘清生产流程与监检流程的对应关系,将制造监检过程分为资质及技术文件审查、原材料审查、焊接过程控制、耐压及泄漏试验控制、出厂文件检查五大部分,结合生产及监检实际情况,分析每部分的监检重点及难点,同时给出监检建议,为检验机构、监察机构及制造企业的工作开展提供参考.
Abstract
Gas pressure regulating device is a kind of important device in urban gas pipeline system,and the manufacturing process of it should be supervised by government.The relationship between production process and supervision and inspection process is clarified according to relevant rules and standards.The process of supervision and inspection is divided into five parts,namely qualification and technical document review,raw material review,welding process control,pressure and leakage test control,and factory document inspection.The key points and difficulties of each part of the process are analyzed,and suggestions of manufacturing supervision and inspection are proposed considering the actual situation.This paper provides reference for inspection institutions,supervisory institutions and manufacturing enterprises.
