某化工企业环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置的环氧乙烷转换器筒体在使用过程中因局部腐蚀多次发生泄漏并进行了带压密封,因此,需要在在用状态下对转换器筒体的减薄部位进行检测,并采取防护措施.根据该转换器局部腐蚀的特点,在检测中,通过方法比对,首先应用脉冲涡流检测技术对缺陷进行快速扫查,再采用高温测厚方法对缺陷所在位置进行精确定位.检验完成后,该企业根据局部腐蚀情况采取了相应的风险控制措施,消除了隐患,提升了设备运行安全水平.
The epoxy ethane converter cylinder of a certain epoxy ethane/ethylene glycol unit experienced multiple leaks due to local corrosion during use and was sealed under pressure.Therefore,it is necessary to inspect the thinning parts of the converter cylinder while in use and take protective measures.Based on the characteristics of local corrosion in the converter,in the inspection,through method comparison,pulse eddy current testing technology is first applied to quickly scan the defects,and then high-temperature thickness measurement method is used to accurately locate the location of the defects.After the inspection was completed,the enterprise took corresponding risk control measures based on the local corrosion situation,eliminated hidden dangers,and improved the safety of equipment operation.
