摘要
本文根据压力管道安装过程中的设计文件审查、材料验收、施工过程、无损检测、压力试验等监督检验工作,对监督检验过程中常见问题进行梳理、分析,给出相应的控制措施,从而减少管道安装质量问题,降低安全隐患,为建设单位、安装单位、无损检测单位以及监督检验人员提供借鉴.
Abstract
This article reviews common problems in the supervision and inspection work of design document review,material acceptance,construction process,nondestructive testing,and pressure test during the installation process of pressure pipelines,analyzes the causes of these problems,and provides corresponding control measures to reduce pipeline installation quality problems and reduce safety hazards.It provides reference for construction units,installation units,nondestructive testing units,and supervision and inspection personnel.
