碎片撞击储罐的流固耦合模拟研究

摘要
在多米诺事故风险评估中,爆炸碎片是关键的因素之一,迫切需要对撞击造成的目标设备损伤进行评价.本文基于拉格朗日-欧拉方法(CEL)建立卧式储罐受封头形碎片撞击的数值模型,分析了不同填充状态的储罐呈现的不同现象,结果表明在分析碎片对储罐的撞击作用时,内部流体作用不可忽略.
Abstract
In the risk assessment of domino accidents,fragment is one of the key factors,and it is urgently necessary to evaluate the damage to the target equipment caused by fragment impact.This paper establishes a numerical model of a horizontal storage tank subjected to impact by a head-shaped fragment based on the Coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian(CEL)method.The different phenomena presented by the tank under different filling states are analyzed.The results show that the internal fluid effect cannot be ignored when analyzing the impact of fragment on the tank.
