摘要
随着材料和工艺的发展,非金属及其复合材料管因其诸多优良的特性,在压力管道领域正逐步取代金属管道开始广泛应用.本文分析了非金属压力管道的主要类型及各自特点,在调研我国非金属压力管道应用现状和发展研究趋势的基础上,重点论述了非金属压力管道在城镇燃气、油气田地面设施、石油化工装置等重点领域中应用的实际情况和前景,并针对应用中所存在的问题提出了相关安全保障建议.
Abstract
With the development of materials and processes,non-metallic and composite materials pipes are gradually replacing metal pipes in the field of pressure pipelines and are widely used due to their many excellent characteristics.This paper analyzes the main types and characteristics of non-metallic pressure pipelines.Based on the investigation of the current application status and development research trends of non-metallic pressure pipelines in China,this paper focuses on the practical situation and prospects of non-metallic pressure pipelines in key fields such as city gas,oil and gas field surface facilities,and petrochemical equipment.Relevant safety protection suggestions are proposed for the existing problems in the application.
