可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)是利用二极管激光器的波长扫描和电流调谐特性来实现气体微量泄漏检测的一种新技术,具有灵敏度高、精度高、响应速度快等优点.采用CiteSpace软件和文献计量法,对2013-2023年TDLAS在甲烷泄漏检测领域的研究进展与趋势进行可视化分析.发现研究总体呈上升趋稳态势,表明TDLAS在甲烷检测领域具有较好的研究和应用价值,后续应在信号降噪算法、检测系统的机器人/无人机搭载等领域进一步开展研究应用.
Abstract
Tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy(TDLAS)is a new technology that uses the wavelength scanning and current tuning characteristics of diode laser to realize the micro gas leak detection,which has the advantages of high sensitivity,high precision and fast response speed.Using CiteSpace software and bibliometric method,a visual analysis is made on the evolution context and hot trend of TDLAS from 2013 to 2023.The results indicate that TDLAS has good research and application value in the field of methane detection.In the future,China should strengthen the research on denoising algorithm and methane micro leak detection device based on quadruped robots.
