小径管广泛应用于化工场站、航天、核电等领域,主要分布在复杂管道系统的末端,连接仪表、阀门、法兰等.小径管的疲劳失效会导致管内高危气体泄漏、装置停车,对压力管道系统的运行安全造成威胁.由于小径管的悬臂结构导致其异常振动疲劳失效占比高,分析解决小径管的振动疲劳问题尤为关键.本文梳理了国内外学者针对管道振动疲劳评价的研究成果,为小径管的振动疲劳防控和管理提供理论参考.
Small bore pipe is widely used in chemical plants,aerospace,nuclear power and other fields,mainly distributed in the end of complex pipeline system,connecting instrument,valves,flanges and so on.The fatigue failure of the small bore pipe will lead to the leakage of dangerous gas in the pipe,the device will stop,and the operation safety of the pressure pipeline system will be threatened.The cantilever structure of small bore pipe leads to the high proportion of abnormal vibration fatigue failure,so it is very important to analyze and solve the problem of vibration fatigue of small bore pipe.This paper synthesizes the research findings of scholars both domestic and international regarding the assessment of pipeline vibration fatigue,providing theoretical references for the prevention and management of vibration fatigue in small bore pipe.
