原油常压储罐罐顶腐蚀原因分析与防护措施

摘要
某台立式常压外浮顶储罐,容积为20000 m3,运行服役时间超过45年,近期发现其外浮顶储罐顶板存在泄漏现象.为找到泄漏部位,消除安全隐患,采用漏磁检测技术对原油常压储罐罐顶板进行检测,检测发现储罐顶板存在大量点腐蚀,其中有3处腐蚀穿孔.本文根据检测结果,结合现场实际情况,进行储罐罐顶的腐蚀原因分析,并提出了有针对性的腐蚀防护措施,以保证储罐的安全运行.
Abstract
A vertical atmospheric external floating roof storage tank with a volume of 20 000 m3 has been in service for more than 45 years.Recently,leakage was found in the roof of the external floating roof storage tank.In order to find the leak part and eliminate safety risks,magnetic leakage detection technology was adopted to detect the roof plate of the crude oil atmospheric pressure storage tank,it was found that there were a lot of point corrosion in the roof of the storage tank,including 3 corrosion perforations.According to the test results,combined with the actual situation of the site,the corrosion causes of the storage tank roof are analyzed,and targeted corrosion protection measures are proposed to ensure the safe operation of the storage tank.
