Development of a New Tension Testing Equipment for Elevator Wire Rope
A new type of tension testing equipment for elevator wire rope based on STM32L051 is designed,including its overall structure,hardware structure and system software design.LZ-WS6 S-type sensor is used as the tension sensor when the wire rope is pulled horizontally,and HX711 analog-to-digital conversion chip is used as the wire rope tension detection module.The equipment is simple in structure and convenient in operation.It can automatically judge whether the tension value of the wire rope meets the requirements,thus improving the inspection and testing efficiency of elevator manufacturers and inspection and testing institutions for wire rope tension.
