特种防护服是指用于保护作业场所、产品或环境,免受人类带来污染和危害的服装,也指用于保护作业人员免受伤害或危害,有着某种防护功能的服装."十四五"期间,我国经济社会进入高质量发展阶段,科技突飞猛进,新的劳动方式不断更新,政府对于安全生产与环境保护愈发重视,劳动者对于职业安全与自我保护也越来越重视,对防护用品的防护性能要求也同步提高.像京津冀、江浙沪、粤港澳等发达经济圈,作为工业基地,电子、化工、制造业等工艺行业中存在着大量的火灾和静电危险.阻燃防静电防护服作为一种主要的个人防护装备,对于保障工人的生命财产安全具有重要意义.因此,为了确保工作环境的安全,防火防爆措施必不可少.本文主要介绍和分析阻燃、防静电防护服两种常见特种防护服的研究和应用.
The Research and Application of Special Protective Clothing
Special protective clothing refers to attire utilized to safeguard workplaces,products,or the environment from human-generated pollutants and hazards.It also encompasses clothing with specific protective functionalities designed to shield workers from injury or harm.During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China's economy and society transitioned into a phase of high-quality development marked by rapid technological advancements and the continual emergence of new labor paradigms.The government has placed increased emphasis on safety production and environmental protection,while workers have become more cognizant of occupational safety and self-protection.Consequently,there has been a simultaneous rise in the demands for enhanced protective performance of protective equipment.Economically developed regions such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai,and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao,serving as industrial hubs,confront numerous fire and static electricity hazards across electronic,chemical,manufacturing,and other process industries.Flame retardant and anti-static protective clothing,being pivotal forms of personal protective equipment,play a crucial role in safeguarding workers'lives and assets.Therefore,the implementation of fire and explosion prevention measures is imperative to ensure a safe working environment.This article primarily delves into the research and application of two prevalent types of special protective clothing:flame retardant and anti-static protective clothing.
