本文依据国家标准方法GB/T23462-2009,对离子色谱法测定液态阳离子(Li+、Na+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+)在防护材料中渗透性能的测试方法开展了方法验证,验证的主要内容包括标准曲线、方法检出限、精密度和准确度,并根据标准的适用范围进行实际样品测定.验证结果表明:Li+、Na+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+的标准曲线线性关系、检出限、精密度、准确度和不确定度均满足GB/T27417-2017的基本要求,实验室的技术能力基本能达到该标准方法要求的技术指标水平,该标准方法具有适用性和可操作性.
Validation of the Method for Testing the Penetration Performance of Liquid Cations(Li+、Na+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+)in Protective Materials Using Ion Chromatography
Based on the national standard GB/T 23462-2009,this article conducts method verification on the test method for determining the permeability of liquid cations(Li+,Na+,K+,Mg2+,Ca2+)in protective materials by ion chromatography.The main content of the verification includes the standard curve,method detection limit,precision,and accuracy.Then,it conducts actual sample measurements according to the applicable scope of the standard.The verification results show that the linear relationship,detection limit,precision,accuracy,and uncertainty of the standard curves of Li+,Na+,K+,Mg2+,and Ca2+all meet the basic requirements of GB/T 27417-2017,and the laboratory's technical capabilities meet the technical index level required by this standard method,and this standard method has applicability and operability.
