摘要
本文通过介绍欧美国家对头部防护装备有毒有害及限量物质的5项代表性检测标准和法规,建议我国相关强制性国家标准在修订时借鉴其他国家对个体防护装备有害及限量物质要求的检测标准,并根据我国国情制订切实可行的头部防护装备有害及限量物质数值,从而推动我国PPE行业的环保、绿色、健康的发展.
Abstract
High-quality development has become an important goal of China's economic progress,with the industrial structure shifting from"having or not"to"good or not".This paper examines five representative testing standards and regulations for toxic,harmful,and restricted substances in head protection equipment in European and American countries.It proposes the formulation of mandatory national standards in that regard and draws lessons from the advanced countries.Considering China's national conditions,the paper suggests practical and feasible values for harmful and restricted substances in head protection equipment to further promote environmental protection and the green and healthy development of China's PPE industry.
