文化精神是内在于每种文化之中的气质、品格和风貌,具有鲜明的民族禀赋、时代内涵、价值取向.新时代彰显出以坚定文化自信、秉持开放包容、坚持守正创新为内涵特质的文化精神.新时代文化精神是中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局汇聚而成的文化精神,是马克思主义同中国具体实际、中华优秀传统文化结合而成的文化精神,是全面建成小康社会、全面建设社会主义现代化国家塑造的文化精神,是推进伟大社会革命、进行党的自我革命蕴含的文化精神.坚定文化自信是新时代文化精神的精髓和基石,秉持开放包容是新时代文化精神的鲜明品格,坚持守正创新是新时代文化精神的本质要求.实现新的文化使命要求弘扬新时代文化精神.
Abstract
The new era demonstrates a cultural spirit characterized by a firm cultural confidence,an open and inclusive attitude,and a commitment to upholding fundamental principles while breaking new ground.The cultural spirit of the new era is a cultural reflection of the great transformation in this era.Firm cultural confidence is the essence and cornerstone of the cultural spirit of the new era,upholding openness and inclu-siveness is the distinct character of the cultural spirit of the new era,and adhering to uphold fundamental principles and break new ground is the essential requirement of the cultural spirit of the new era.To fulfill the new cultural mission requires carrying forward the cultural spirit of the new era.
