《资本论》的规律思想及其历史唯物主义意蕴

摘要
《资本论》通过"抽象范畴"与"具体总体"之间的辩证运动,将资本主义生产方式的内在规律呈现为一种"似先天的结构",但其中仍存在"概念范畴运动"和"思想具体再现现实具体"之间的内在张力.因此,应当从《资本论》全三卷尤其是第三卷的特定历史语境出发考察其中蕴含的规律思想,辩证把握马克思规律概念的双重维度即"纯粹形式"与"近似情况"之间不可消解的张力,全面再现马克思对规律的"内在必然性"与"外部起作用的偶然因素"的开放性综合,从而澄清马克思主义发展史上对规律问题的诸多误解.对规律的历史科学理解应以概念与现实的非同一性作为存在论前提,在历史唯物主义特定视域下具体考察各种历史规律,规避"黑格尔式一元论"或"康德式二元论"的解释模式,彰显马克思"在康德与黑格尔之间思考并超越"的历史辩证法,合理推进历史唯物主义面向当代现实的具体化发展.
Abstract
Through the dialectical movement between"abstract category"and"concrete totality",Das Kapital presents the internal law of the capitalist mode of production as a"likely priori structure".We should examine the law thought contained in Das Kapital,dialectically grasp the dual dimensions of Marx's concept of law.Understanding of laws should acknowledge the non-identity of concept and reality,explore specific historical laws through historical materialism,highlight Marx's historical dialectics of"thinking and tran-scending between Kant and Hegel",and promote the development of historical materialism facing contempo-rary reality.
