摘要
关键核心技术攻关以国家战略需求为导向,以关键核心技术为引领,着力实现高水平科技自立自强,以更好维护国家安全和人民群众利益.健全关键核心技术攻关新型举国体制,必须加大政策支持引导力度,充分发挥市场主体的能动作用,打造产业链链长主导的创新联合体,积极优化配置科技资源,构建面向关键核心技术攻关的开放体系.
Abstract
Breakthroughs in core technologies in key fields is oriented by national strategic demand,led by core technologies in key fields,and focuses on achieving greater self-reliance and strength in science and technology,to better safeguard national security and the interests of the people.To improve the new system for mobilizing resources nationwide for breakthroughs in core technologies in key fields,we must increase policy support and guidance,give full play to the dynamic role of market entities,create an innovation con-sortium led by the industrial chain leader,actively optimize the allocation of scientific and technological re-sources,and build an open system for breakthroughs in core technologies in key fields.
