摘要
因果机制是当前公共管理学界热议且强势的知识话语.然而无论是理论界还是实践界对其都存在某种程度上的滥用或者误用.为加快中国公共管理学的发展,应倡导开展基于中国创新实践的机制研究,促进四种不同的机制话语体系的交流融合;打破机制研究范式的不可通约性,以跨学科和整合性的研究来缩小"诠释圈";正视机制解释范式的局限性,切忌形成话语霸权.推动公共管理机制研究的高质量发展路径包括:选择反常识、悖论性社会现象且信息量较大的机制进行研究,聚焦以双重问题为导向、长时段具有时空观的机制研究,从因果关系、历史比较和宏观结构的角度来审视问题.
Abstract
Causal mechanisms are currently a highly debated and influential discourse in the field of pub-lic management.However,both in theoretical and practical realms,there exists a certain degree of misuse or misinterpretation of causal mechanisms.To accelerate the development of public management studies in Chi-na,it is important to advocate mechanism research based on innovative Chinese practices,and to promote the exchange and integration of four different mechanism discourse systems.Breaking the exclusivity of mechanism research paradigms is crucial,and interdisciplinary and integrated studies can help reduce inter-pretative boundaries.It is vital to recognize the limitations of mechanism explanation paradigms and avoid the formation of dominant discourses.
