摘要
新质生产力是马克思主义生产力理论的创新成果,也是中国特色社会主义政治经济学最新标识性概念.抓住新一轮科技革命中萌发的新质生产力,推动生产方式的系统性变迁和经济社会各项事业的高质量发展,是中国式现代化所面临的历史性机遇和重大挑战.从中国式现代化的特征出发,新质生产力为人口高质量发展提出了主体要求,为全体人民共同富裕提供了技术前提,为物质文明和精神文明协同发展赋予了新的内涵,为人与自然和谐关系的建立指明了方向,为走和平发展道路提供了开放路径.
Abstract
It is a historic opportunity and a major challenge for Chinese modernization to seize the new quality productive forces emerging from the new round of scientific and technological revolution and pro-mote the systematic change of production mode and the high-quality development of various economic and social undertakings.Starting from the characteristics of Chinese modernization,new quality productive forc-es put forward the main requirements for the high-quality development of population,provide the technical premise for common prosperity for all,give new connotation to material and cultural-ethical advancement,point out the direction for the establishment of harmony between humanity and nature,and also provide an open path for taking a path of peaceful development.
