摘要
中国共产党在领导人民进行革命、建设和改革的历史进程中不断深化政治安全实践的创新探索,形成与之相适应的政治安全观,逐步实现了从政党安全到政权安全、从局部安全到全局安全、从传统安全到现代安全、从防止侵犯到防止演变的政治安全观的发展演进历程.中国共产党政治安全观的核心要义在于,政权安全是核心,制度安全是政治安全的支撑,意识形态安全是政治安全的先导.新时代新征程,贯彻践行中国共产党的政治安全观,就要始终突出政治安全的重点,筑牢政治安全的防线,加强政治维稳的协同,巩固网络安全的高地,更好地维护政治安全,为实现中华民族伟大复兴筑牢国家安全基石.
Abstract
The Communist Party of China(CPC),in the course of leading its people in the historical pro-cess of revolution,construction and reform,has continued to deepen its innovative exploration of political se-curity practices,and has formed a political security concept that is compatible with them,gradually realizing the development and evolution of a political security concept that ranges from party security to regime secu-rity,from local security to overall security,from traditional security to modern security,and from the preven-tion of encroachment to the prevention of evolution.The essence of the CPC's concept of political security is that the security of the regime and institutions is central,and the security of ideology forms a foundational as-pect of this political security.In the new era,the implementation and practice of the CPC's concept of politi-cal security should always focus on the key point of political security,build a firm line of defense for politi-cal security,strengthen the synergy of political stabilization,and consolidate the high ground of cybersecuri-ty,so as to better safeguard political security and to lay the cornerstone of national security for the realization of the rejuvenation of a strong nation.
