以教育、科技、人才一体化支撑和引领中国式现代化,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央在总结历史经验的基础上,着眼于全面建成社会主义现代化强国的时代任务,作出的科学论断和战略部署.教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑,教育、科技、人才要实现高质量发展,必须坚持一体化协同,这是推进中国式现代化的应有之义.中国式现代化对教育、科技、人才一体化提出新要求,教育作为基础性工程要优先发展,科技作为第一生产力要自立自强,人才作为第一资源要引导保障,教育、科技、人才协同发展是关键.以教育、科技、人才一体化推进中国式现代化,要在组织领导、重点任务、实施保障等方面进行系统建设,以加强党的全面领导为引领,以高质量教育体系建设为先导,以一体化体制机制改革为保障,以高水平对外开放为助力.
Abstract
Chinese-style modernization puts forward new requirements for the integration of education,science and technology,and talent.Education as a fundamental project shall be given priority.Science and technology as the first productive forces shall be self-reliant and self-improvement.Talent as the first re-source shall be guided and protected.The integrated coordination of education,science and technology,and talents is the key.To promote Chinese-style modernization with the integration of education,science and technology,and talent should be systematically constructed in terms of organizing for leadership,key tasks and guarantees for implementation.It should be led by strengthening the overall leadership of the CPC,guid-ed by the construction of a high-quality education system,guaranteed by the integrated reform of the system and mechanism,and assisted by high level opening up to the outside world.
