教育强国内涵表征及其建设路径研究

摘要
党的二十大报告提出2035年建成教育强国的战略目标,明确了教育强国在社会主义现代化强国中的战略先导地位.加快教育强国建设,必须科学把握教育强国建设的内涵、特征及实践路径.对教育强国的基本内涵,既要在我国百余年教育现代化的历史脉络中理解,也要在发达国家教育强国建设的世界坐标中把握.要系统谋划教育强国建设的有效着力点和突破口,凝聚教育、科技、人才强国建设协同力,构建中国特色现代化教育治理体系,推进基本公共教育资源服务的均衡配置.此外,还需要创造优秀人才终身从教的良好社会氛围,持续推进数字化转型战略赋能教育强国建设,以及扩大教育对外开放与国际合作力度等.
Abstract
To accelerate the construction of a leading country in education,it is necessary to scientifical-ly grasp its connotation,characteristics,and practical path.The definition of the basic connotation should be understood not only in the historical context of China's modernization of education over a century,but also in the world coordinates of building a leading country in education.It is necessary to systematically plan effec-tive focus points and breakthrough points.In addition,it is necessary to create a good social atmosphere for outstanding talents dedicating their whole lives to education,expand education openness and international co-operation,and firmly empower the construction of a leading country in education with the digital transforma-tion strategy.
