摘要
以科技发展趋势引领人才培养,是科技赋能教育高质量发展的题中之义.从战略上看,以科技发展趋势引领人才培养,是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的时代吁求,是推进人才集聚与科技创新相互支撑发展的重要历史经验,也是实现我国科技自立自强、破解"卡脖子"难题的必然选择.从人才素质规格来看,以科技发展趋势引领人才培养,要求教育必须着力培养具有坚定政治立场、批判性思维、问题解决能力以及团结协作精神的新型人才.从行动策略来看,要坚定教育自信,树立价值自觉,搭建与科技创新的新型举国体制相适应、符合科技创新需求的人才培养体系.
Abstract
Leading talent cultivation with the trend of scientific and technological development contrib-utes to the science and technology empowering the high-quality development of education.It contributes to promoting the construction of building a great modern socialist country in all respect,promote the mutually supportive development of talent pooling,scientific,innovation and achieve China's greater self-reliance and strength in science and technology.Education must focus on cultivating talents with firm political literacy,critical thinking and so on.It is necessary to build a talent training system that is compatible with the new na-tional system of scientific and technological innovation.
