摘要
发展新质生产力,需要遵循和运用科学的方法,在马克思主义世界观和方法论的指导下观察、认识和解决问题.发展新质生产力,要以"六个必须坚持"为指引,根据本地的资源禀赋、产业基础、科研条件等实际情况,灵活运用唯物辩证法的科学方法.具体表现为坚持先立后破,以辩证分析方法培育新动能;坚持因地制宜,以实事求是方法塑造新优势;坚持分类指导,以矛盾分析方法激发新活力等.以科学方法发展新质生产力将推动我国经济社会迈上更高质量、更有效率、更加公平、更可持续、更为安全的发展之路.
Abstract
To develop new quality productive forces,we should take the"Six Requirments"as the world outlook and methodology guidance,adopt dialectical analysis to foster new growth drivers,adapt to local conditions and seek truth from facts to create new strengths,and adopt scientific methods such as categorical guidance and analysis of contradiction to stimulate new vitality.It will point out the way forward and pro-vide realistic options for China's economic and social pursuit of high-quality development.
