肺癌是全球范围内最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,肺癌骨转移是肺癌患者病程中常见的重要问题.骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)信号通路在肺癌生长、局部进展和骨转移中发挥的重要作用逐步被揭示.本文对BMP信号通路在肺癌局部进展及肺癌骨转移过程中的关键作用进行综述,以期明确BMP信号通路在肺癌骨转移中的作用机制,为肺癌的靶向治疗提供新的思路和方法.
Research progress on the role of bone morphogenetic protein signaling pathway in the progression of lung cancer and bone metastasis
Lung cancer is among the most prevalent malignant tumors globally,and bone metastasis frequently occurs during the course of lung cancer.Recently,the significance of the bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)signaling pathway in tumor growth,local tumor progression and bone metastasis of lung cancer has been discovered gradually.In this article the crucial function of the BMP pathway in the local progression of lung cancer and the process of lung cancer bone metastasis were reviewed in order to explicate the mechanism of the BMP signaling pathway in lung cancer bone metastasis and offer novel concepts and approaches for the targeted therapy of lung cancer.
