Anterior cruciate ligament tear is a common sports injury of the knee joint,and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction can effectively improve joint stability and motor function.Psychological factors are important factors that affect the postoperative recovery of patients.This article will provide a review of the current research status of kinesiophobia in patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,explaining its occurrence,influencing mechanisms,influencing factors,and intervention strategies,in order to provide information for early identification and prevention of kinesiophobia,and ultimately improve the rehabilitation outcome.
