摘要
本文针对中国医师协会骨科医师分会足踝基础与矫形外科学组、中国医师协会运动医学医师分会足踝专业学组、中国中西医结合学会骨伤科分会足踝专家委员会于2024年发布的"clinical guideline on the third generation minimally invasive surgery for hallux valgus"(《第三代微创手术治疗外翻临床指南》)进行要点解读,主要涵盖第三代微创手术治疗外翻的定义、适应证与禁忌证、手术技术和术后管理等全方面标准化建议,为规范应用第三代微创技术治疗外翻提供专业性学术指导.
Abstract
This article provides an in-depth interpretation of the key points from the"clinical guideline on the third generation minimally invasive surgery for hallux valgus",released in 2024 by the Foot and Ankle Committee of Orthopedic Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association,the Foot and Ankle Committee of Sports Medicine Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association,and the Foot and Ankle Expert Committee of the Chinese Association for Integrative Medicine.The guideline primarily covers comprehensive standardized recommendations for the definition,indications and contraindications,surgical techniques,and postoperative management of the third generation minimally invasive surgery for hallux valgus.It aims to provide professional academic guidance for the standardized application of third generation minimally invasive techniques in the treatment of hallux valgus.
