软骨稳态与骨关节炎关系的研究进展

摘要
骨关节炎(OA)是一种以进行性软骨退行性变为特征的关节疾病.OA可由多种病因诱发,而关节软骨稳态破坏被认为是OA发生的关键驱动因素之一.了解软骨退行性变的分子水平变化对未来寻找OA新型治疗靶点具有重要的意义.本文从软骨退行性变的角度对OA的发病机制、相关的信号通路及分子,以及新型临床治疗研究进展进行综述,以期为OA的防治提供新思路.
Abstract
Osteoarthritis(OA)is a joint disease characterized by progressive cartilage degeneration.OA can be induced by various causes,and the disruption of articular cartilage homeostasis is known to be one of the key drivers in the development of OA.A more comprehensive understanding of the molecular changes in cartilage degeneration may facilitate the development of effective therapeutic targets for OA.This article reviews the pathogenesis,related signaling pathways and molecules,and new clinical treatment attempts of OA from the perspective of cartilage degeneration,providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of OA.
